I have been very blessed to find my path and passion early in life and have been working in service to others for over three decades. I have always felt very lucky to do work that I love and see how peoples lives are enriched.
My Journey
Healing work came into my life when I was young, around 19 years old, while I worked at that time as a body worker/massage therapist in a spa. I found I could feel, read and understand things in the person I was working with. I understand now I was an intuitive psychic and always had been. Many direct teachings have come to me this way and it has really supported my work and creative life. My healing work progressed, and I began training and working in Reiki a hands-on healing, I did an apprenticeship to Reiki master over a few years.
Having received a colour puncture session and felt its profound effects I decided to train in this method. I become a teacher of colour puncture under the guidance of Sarita Newman. Later in 2005, I travelled to Australia to work with and meet the founder of this work Peter Mandel. For a number of years I ran full trainings in Colorpuncture. Family Constellations came into my life over 20 years ago. I was drawn to this immediately with an inner knowing, it felt like I had found a missing key I was looking for in my work. I had found a direct door into the ancestral world, it was effective in the most beautiful way. I have had the incredible opportunity train with Bert and Sophie Hellinger and many other gifted teachers. Constellations remains a deep journey for me and still, fascinates, teaches and humbles me.
Healing Adventures
I have enjoyed for many years going to India, meditating with teachers, doing breath work trainings, yoga, laughter meditations, play meditations and embracing life to the full. All the years of dedication to the expansion of my own consciousness naturally informs and comes into any work, and in the right moments helps another’s process deepen.
Motherhood
I have had the good fortune to be the mother of two gorgeous children whom I walked the path of home education with. This took me to South Wales to provide a natural environment for their education, joining with liked minded parents, whose desire was to bring consciousness into their parenting and allow self-directed learning. Home education is still one of my great passions, which now I enjoy with my two grandchildren.
My Playgrounds
My other great loves are nature, my garden and art. Some of my Installations artworks are weaved through the website as they are about Family Constellations and journeys made by me. I achieved a first-class honours degree in 2008 in Art and Ceramics.
Gratitude
More and more with each passing day I grow increasingly grateful to my parents for this incredible life.
Also, in deep gratitude to Bert Hellinger and all the teachers who have been part of my life journey. My heart’s wish is that my children and grandchildren will benefit from two grandparents that have done and continue to do what they can to clear, honour and include with love the excluded in our family systems, for ourselves and the generations to come.
